What is the difference between “legal” and “lawful?”  “Legal” is based upon Admiralty Law (Maritime), otherwise known as the Law of the High Seas, or Commercial Code.  The founding fathers of the USA warned us of the consequences of Admiralty Law taking over the laws of the land (aka Common Law).

In 1913, the Federal Reserve took control of our currency away from Congress and the people, and then in 1933, 20 years later, our nation went into bankruptcy (just as predicted). CORPORATIONS were given the status of a “person” and therefore had the same rights.  No longer were they held accountable to serve the needs of the general public, as before.

For almost exactly 100 years now, “We The Sheeple” have been DECEIVED.  Your sovereignty and your inalienable rights have been stripped away under the “color of law” because you gave them your consent to be governed.  Your unalienable rights, however, are granted by your Creator (whomever or whatever you claim that to be), and can never be lawfully taken from you.  Please educate yourselves on your rights……… Learn the truth about Common Law.

When you go to court (a mistake) for violating a “law,” you are most likely not in violation of an actual law (Civil or Constitutional), you are in violation of a “statute” or other legislative “acts.”  When you “apply” or “submit” or get a “license,” you are CONSENTING to their rules, their game.  THIS IS THE TRAP, PEOPLE.  Only by consent can you give up your rights!!!  If you look at any document from the government, you will see that your name is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.  This is not really you, the human being, it is the CORPORATE version of you that allows them to control you because you gave them CONSENT (with your signature, admitting that the all-caps “person” is you).  This “person” is known as your “straw man.”  It is a fictitious representation of you for the purposes of “contracts” (anything with your signature is a contract, including your drivers license) with the government, the I.R.S. (not part of government, but a private corporation), the court system (enforcers for corporations), and banks (those who own you, using your Birth Certificate as collateral).

WORDS ARE THEIR TOOLS FOR ENSLAVEMENT.  Black’s Law Dictionary is their PLAYBOOK.  It is what judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and cops use to define their words, otherwise known as “legalese.”  For example, the word “understand” to a common person means you know and agree to the meaning of what was said.  In court, or to a cop, the word “understand” (Black’s Law definition) means to stand under, support, and agree to the terms.  So if a judge reads out your alleged crimes and says to you “Do you UNDERSTAND these charges?” and you smile and say “Why yes, Your Honor, I certainly do.” —- you have just confessed!!!

SUCKERS!!!  LEARN IT OR LOSE YOUR FREEDOM FOREVER!!!

SOLUTIONS:

Know Your Rights!  Servants don’t “command” their masters.  Cops, judges, prosecutors, etc. are all PUBLIC SERVANTS.  They serve YOU!  The sole purpose of going to court is to establish a “PUBLIC RECORD.”
If you represent yourself (Pro Se Litigant) then you are an “officer of the court” and can use “DISCOVERY” to your advantage, especially in a jury trial (which you should always demand).
Don’t buy into the old B.S. phrase that states “any man who acts as his own lawyer has a fool for a client.”  That is pure propaganda and DECEPTION.  Educate yourself on “Sui Juris.”
One-hundred years ago, most men, women, and even children knew and understood basic Civil Government and the Law of the Land (Common Law).  Today, it isn’t even taught in schools.  Fascist governments (like the US and Canada) want obedient corporate slaves who NEVER question “authority.”
If you doubt that you can win, check out what lawyers.com has to say.  I’ve won and so can you.  In a major case, especially if you are looking at spending a long time behind bars or facing huge fines/fees/restitution/etc., you can always hire one or more attorneys, a paralegal, or other capable person to ASSIST in your defense, but NOT to actually “represent” you.
